A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE 67th AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION
NO. 99-93 APPROPRIATING $40,600,000 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
COMBUSTION TURBINE GENERATOR AND HEAT RECOVERY STEAM
GENERATOR SYSTEM AND ANCILARRY FACILITIES AT THE REDDING
POWER PLANT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2000-01
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING:
THAT Budget Resolution No. 99-93 be and is hereby amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $40,600,000 for construction of a combustion turbine
generator and heat recovery steam generator system and ancilarry facilities at the Redding Power
Plant for fiscal year 2000-01.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 2nd day of January , 2001, and was
duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote.
