A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING LEASE NO.DTFA08-02-L-21704 FOR THE LEASE OF PROPERTY TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN THE VERY HIGH FREQUENCY OMNI-DIRECTIONAL RANGE (VOR) FACILITY AT REDDING MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. WHEREAS, the United States of America, Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration,has submitted for City's approval and execution Lease No.DTFA08-02-L-21704 for the lease of property on which to operate and maintain the Very High Frequency Omni Directional Range (VOR) facility at Redding Municipal Airport; and WHEREAS,the Airports Manager has recommended that it is in the best interests of the City of Redding and its citizens to approve the Lease. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves Lease No.DTFA08- 02-L-21704 dated September 3 , 2002, for the lease of property to operate and maintain the Very High Frequency Omni Directional Range (VOR) facility at Redding Municipal Airport, and authorizes the Mayor to execute the Lease on behalf of the City. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced, read and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 3`d day of September 2002, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Cibula, McGeorge, Pohlmeyer and Stegall NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Kight ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None s- Pat Kight, Mayor Form Approved: David E.
