RESOLUTION NO. 2002- /20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 18, 2002. WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director has recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for unrepresented employees,which was previously amended by Resolution 2002-113,be further amended as set forth in Exhibit A,effective August 18, 2002, in order to delete the classification of Director of Public Works and replace it with the classification of Director of Municipal Utilities at the same salary range; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be amended, as set forth in Exhibit A, effective August 8, 2002.
