RESOLUTION NO. 2002-200240 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND HOURLY WAGE RATES AND THE EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES FOR THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION—CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL UNIT, EFFECTIVE JULY 7, 2002. WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director has recommended that the Non-Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Wage Rates for the Service Employees International Union—Clerical,Technical and Professional Unit,be amended as set forth in Exhibit"A-2,"effective July 7, 2002, in order to delete the classification of Senior Building Inspector; and the Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges for the Service Employees International Union—Clerical,Technical and Professional Unit,be amended as set forth in Exhibit`B-2,"effective July 7, 2002, in order to add the classification of Senior Building Inspector; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Non- Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Wage Rates and the Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges for the Service Employees International Union—Clerical, Technical and Professional Unit, be amended as set forth in Exhibits "A-2" and `B-2," effective July 7, 2002.
