HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2002-082 - Executive Management Pay RESOLUTION NO. 2002- g 2--- A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN, EFFECTIVE MAY 26, 2002. WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director has recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for unrepresented employees,which was previously amended by Resolution 2002-26, be further amended as set forth in Exhibit A, effective May 26, 2002, in order to adjust the salary range for the classification of Planning Manager; and change the title of the classifications of Associate Electrical Engineer to Electric Utility Engineer, Electric Engineer Associate to Electric Utility Engineering Associate, Assistant Electrical Engineer to Electric Utility Engineering Assistant II, Junior Electrical Engineer to Electric Utility Engineering Assistant I, and Convention and Visitor Bureau Manager to Tourism Officer; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be amended, as set forth in Exhibit A, effective May 26, 2002.
