RESOLUTION NO.p "
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR-
PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN,EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 17,2002.
WHEREAS, the Administrative Services Director has recommended that the Executive
Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan for unrepresented employees,which was previously
amended by Resolution 2001-130, be further amended as set forth in Exhibit A, effective
February 19,2001, in order to adjust the salary ranges for the classifications of City Clerk and City
Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interests of the City to adopt such
recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the
Executive Management Pay-for-Performance Salary Plan be amended, as set forth in Exhibit A,
effective Februaryl 7, 2002.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced,read, and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 19th day of February, 2002, by
the following vote:
