RESOLUTION NO. 2015-068
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY -FOR -
PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN RATE, EFFECTIVE JULY 19, 2015
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Executive Management Pay -for Performance Salary Plan be
amended, increasing the top of the monthly salary range for the classification of Director of Development
Services from $11,074 to $11,628, effective July 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such
recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive
Management Pay -For -Performance Salary Plan be amended increasing the monthly salary range for the
classification of Development Services Director from $11,074 to $11,628, effective July 19, 2015.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced, read, and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 21s' day of July, 2015, by the following vote:
