HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2014-101 - Victor Avenue • • Resolution No. 2014-101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 34TH AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2013-061 APPROPRIATING $1,416,200 FOR VICTOR AVENUE PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING THAT Budget Resolution No. 2013-061 be and is hereby amended as follows: FUND DIVISION DESCRIPTION INCREASE DECREASE 128 563 Traffic Impact Fees $141,700 128 566 Transportation Grant Projects $1,274,500 THAT account titles and numbers requiring adjustments by this Resolution are as follows: USE SOURCE OF OF FUNDS FUNDS Decrease Fund Balance 128-563-1-0001-01 Beginning Balance $ 141,700 Increase Revenue 128-566-6-2650-18 Federal Grant Capital Public Work $ 1,274,500 Increase Expenditures 128-563-0-4783-05 Victor Ave Pedestrian Imp Project $141,700 128-566-0-4783-05 Victor Ave Pedestrian Imp Project $1,274,500 $1,416,200 $1,416,200 THAT the purpose is to appropriate $1,416,200 to provide pedestrian travel improvements along Victor Avenue between Enterprise Park on the south end and the Churn Creek bridge on the north end for Fiscal Year 2014-15. 1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of October, 2014, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Cadd,Jones, McArthur, Sullivan, & Bosetti NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSTAIN: f' CO.UN,CIL MEMBERS: None KY ` RICK BOSETTI, Mayor ATTEST:' = FORM APPROVAL: 01AMELA 941ZE, City i& RICHARD A.
