A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 34TH
AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2013-061 APPROPRIATING
$1,416,200 FOR VICTOR AVENUE PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2014-15
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
THAT Budget Resolution No. 2013-061 be and is hereby amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $1,416,200 to provide pedestrian travel improvements along Victor
Avenue between Enterprise Park on the south end and the Churn Creek bridge on the north end for Fiscal
Year 2014-15.
1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of October, 2014, and was duly adopted at said
meeting by the following vote:
