A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 33RD
AMENDMENT TO CITY BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 2013-061 APPROPRIATING
$1,888,300 FOR OLD OREGON TRAIL WIDENING PROJECT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO UNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
THAT Budget Resolution No. 2013-061 be and is hereby amended as follows:

THAT the purpose is to appropriate $1,888,300 to construct six-foot-wide shoulders/bike lanes along both
sides of Old Oregon Trail between Paso Robles and Bear Mountain Road for Fiscal Year 2014-15.
1 HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and read at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Redding on the 7th day of October, 2014, and was duly adopted at said
meeting by the following vote:
