Home My WebLink AboutReso 2014-082 - Executive Management Pay for Performance RESOLUTION NO. 2014-082 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PAY-FOR- PERFORMANCE SALARY PLAN FOR SPECIFIC REDDING ELECTRIC UTILITY POSITIONS, EFFECTIVE JULY 20, 2014 WHEREAS,staff has recommended that the Executive Management Pay-for Performance Salary Plan be amended to incorporate wage adjustments for specific unrepresented positions assigned to the Redding Electric Utility as recommended based on the results of the compensation study conducted by CPS HR Consulting, and approve the transfer of one vacant budgeted position assigned to REU to the Personnel Department, effective July 20, 2014; and WHEREAS,the City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Executive Management Pay-For-Performance Salary Plan be amended to incorporate. wage adjustments for specific unrepresented positions assigned to the Redding Electric Utility as recommended based on the results of the compensation study conducted by CPS HR Consulting,and approve the transfer of one vacant budgeted position assigned to REU to the Personnel Department, effective July 20, 2014.
